Postcardful is live!
I just published my second iOS game – its name is Postcardful ๐
In Postcardful you are a traveler. You need to collect as many postcards as possible before you lose all 5 lives. Be careful, the planes arenโt your friends, better to avoid them. You can compete with your friends as well. Just keep an eye on a leaderboard.
You can download the game from the App Store using the following link: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/postcardful/id1439739100.

3….2….1…. Advent of Code 2018!
This year I’m taking part in Advent of Code online challenge for the first time. The rules are really simple – there are 2 coding puzzles every day starting on the 1st of December till the 25th of December. I will be pushing my solutions to the following repositoryย https://github.com/DamianMarkowski/Advent-of-Code-2018-puzzle-solutions.
Quick10 – 1.6 update: Chinese (Simplified) version added
Hi all,
after having a look at the downloads statistics of Quick10 and realising that 39% of the users are from China, I decided to support their language as well as English. It comes with 1.6 update ๐
I would like to share with you those statistics. So here you are:
As you see I’ve published 6 updates of my first game within the first month. Pretty cool result, right? ๐ I’m working on my next games too so stay tuned!
Thanks for reading this post.
No ads, no in-app purchases
Hi, I decided to delete Google AdMob ads and Remove ads in-app purchase from my Quick10 game. I will continue developing it and any further games as a non profit hobby ๐
Get your extra seconds while playing Quick10
Version 1.4 of my first personal game brings one cool feature. I added a new type of squares: blue squares with a white “T” inside. You will see them sometimes, maybe not too often (we don’t want the game to be too boring, right?) and once you tap them you will be given 3 extra seconds to your game’s time. How many points can you make within those 3 seconds? Even up to 300 if you are lucky ๐ So don’t forget to download an updated version of Quick10 from the AppStore and enjoy ๐
Quick10 – version 1.2 released
Hi! Apple has just approved my latest update of Quick10 game. This update includes:
- More interesting algorithm of calculating the result (see the table below).
- In App Purchase – users are now able to remove all ads from the game.
- Link to Twitter account added onย About authorย screen.
- Firebase integrated into the project. I will be using it for Analytics at the moment.
As I mentioned above there is a new algorithm of calculating the result coming with version 1.2. The faster you tap on a rounded squares with 10s the more points is added to your result.
For rounded squares with a number 10 (without yellow star)
(number of seconds passed since numbers appeared -> number of points added to result)
0 – 0.5 -> 50
0.51 – 0.58 -> 45
0.59 – 0.66 -> 40
0.67 – 0.72 -> 30
0.73 – 0.79 -> 20
0.8+ -> 10
For rounded squares with a number 10 (with a yellow star)
(number of seconds passed since numbers appeared -> number of points added to result)
0 – 0.5 -> 100
0.51 – 0.58 -> 90
0.59 – 0.66 -> 80
0.67 – 0.72 -> 70
0.73 – 0.79 -> 60
0.8+ -> 50
And that’s all for today ๐ Enjoy the latest update of Quick10. If you haven’t installed it yet, you are more than welcome to find it hereย https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/quick10/id1431512940.

How to play?
Rules are really simple:
- Tap as many 10s as you can within 30 seconds.
- There are more points for 10s with a star in a top-right corner of the rounded square.
- You can compete with your friends from the very first version of Quick10. There is results board which is being updated after each game.
Isn’t it cool? Check this out and don’t forget to leave me some comment so I can improve the game in the next updates.
Btw. I would like just to point out that an app icon was made byย http://www.fokanatarasie.pl. I really recommend cooperating with them.
